Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- A valid order number or invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

Return Process
Request a Return:

Approval & Instructions:
Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Send the Item:
Ship the item in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection & Confirmation:
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to verify eligibility.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or missing accessories, partial refunds or rejections may apply.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@avyona.com, providing clear photos or a short video that highlights the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on your preference.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, replacement items will be delivered within 7 days after confirmation.
